The Bridge Capital Management principals have been providing capital solutions to real estate projects throughout the USA for over 20 years. They funded their first senior housing project in 2008, and now dedicate most of their resources to the sector. Bridge provides short-term (2 to 5 years) mezzanine equity financing for USA-based senior housing development projects. While we will consider all types of senior housing projects for investment, our key focus is on assisted living, memory care, and transitional care facilities. The ideal size of the facility will be between 60 and 150 units. Operator strength and experience is a very critical element of our evaluation.
